"Everything was amazing! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The only downside was that when I misplaced my pool passes, I was charged $45 for each replacement instead of simply being issued new ones, especially considering we were staying at the hotel. Aside from that, it was a very good hotel, and I enjoyed my stay."
