The property is the usual Hilton style. My suite was excellent with the view of the Nile. The service was horrible. Did not have WIFI for almost three days. Communicated the issue to all staff and manager but responded after three days. Checkout was a nightmare waited in line for an hour. Very chaotic at the reception no order at all. Will definitely not book this hotel again

A great hotel remember it’s alcohol free. It was amazing food. The breakfast view and buffet was excellent. All round a good stay in a reasonably priced hotel

The property is beautiful. The room: stained carpet, dingy linen and towels. Leaky bathroom sink and dirty grout in bath surrounding.
