The hotel was excellent. Everything worked at the staff was excellent. It was the best hotel I've ever stayed at.Khalid, Mavin,Shahd,Fares,Abdullah,Rwan,Youseff,Nema,Omina, Ayal,Rouof,Rafet,Madam,Azaa. They were all helpful and on my birthday. They gave me a cake and balloons, and I was so surprised and thankful for the staff at the hotel. They were all wonderful to me.

The staff were polite and very friendly. I'd lost my charger for my phone and one of the young ladies gave me 1 to use for my stay. The room was clean and tidy and the hotel even next to major rode was quiet. I got some much needed sleep.

The most important thing was the support of a young guy, mr. Ahmed, he is an amazing person and supported us in all our needs. All the staff was very kind and ready to help. The hotel is naturally close to the Pyramids and there is a restaurant attached, with Pyramids view.

My Stay at the Jasmine Pyramids Hotel was Wonderful !! I fell in Love with the Whole Staff. They were all warm, kind and caring. The Breakfast was Good every morning. When I come back to Egypt, I will definitely stay here again.
