"Hotel was great but a little outdated. Pool was not cleaned everyday and the beach area was not attended like it should have been. The young lady at the front desk that took care of me was awesome. Her name is Patricia. She sent me a birthday cake to my room and that was a great surprise. Gracias Patricia."
