"The location was great - just a 10 min bike ride into town. The staff were top notch - they were all so amazing to deal with and really took care of you. The only disappointment was the room for how much I paid for it. I was expecting it to feel a bit more high end. It was a comfortable bed. The bathroom was tiny (if you are using the toilet your legs are pretty much touching the shower). Very basic otherwise. The lobby and breakfast and pool areas were nice and lots of bikes to rent. "I currently in my second stay with this hotel. The staff has been the best part especially as a foreigner that doesn’t speak Italian. They have aided me with friendly enthusiasm in a couple of problems outside their scope to which I am very grateful. The accommodation large, modern and clean. There is an excellent courtyard with numerous sitting options for relaxing outside.
Definitely recommend this hotel I will likely be back here in a year.

"Great location, close to lots of restaurants and the beach.
The room was spotless and the staff were very kind and helpful giving the addresses.
We stayed for 3 days and loved the breakfast!"

"Paolo was an amazing host who looked after all details from parking to excursions. His knowledge of Riomaggiore and the other Cinque Terre villages is unparalleled. The location of the the stay is in the middle of what is happening. Riomaggiore sunsets are unbelievable and the town is the best of them all. Would definitely stay here again."
"Very nice hotel with a fantastic location. Their web site does not give them the credit they deserve for the quality of the accomodation and perfect location. Rooms are small but everything is made with quality materials and fixtures. I recommend this hotel."
"Very nice hotel and super friendly staff. It’s relatively small, one on-site restaurant with excellent food (and many choices in town), nice pool and spa, very relaxing. We took the train to explore cinque terre (7 mins to Monterosso), but were glad to have a nice quiet hotel to return to at the end of the day. Highly recommended."
