"I can't imagine a better Pousada! Everything was taken care of perfectly from Sabrina (hostess) literally coming to greet us as we unloaded our luggage to the beautifully appointed chalet. There really wasn't a check in process, she just walked us to our chalet (we stayed in the Exclusive) and walked us through everything in the chalet. "The room was cosy and clean. One person in the staff spoke eglish which was of great help. They could also help order food deliveries to the hotel. The hotel is a bit out side of the town but in a beutiful area and with incredible views form the balconies. It was not always possibe to get an uber to drive out to the hotel so it might be better suited if you come in a car. The parking is also very good."
