"very nice clean and staff are amazing"

"The pools were for the most part good. The main pool was very dirty throughout the day and no one was there to clean it. We complained to the lifeguard who was away from his post the majority of the time doing who knows what. We have been there multiple times in the past and the lifeguard always maintained things and was always present, so I’m not sure what happened with that expectation but it was a definite issue."

"The room and whole hotel was very clean. Alla was on duty during our stay, she was extremely professional, helpful, very nice and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay in the nice, quiet, relaxing atmosphere."

"The property is currently being renovated and the rooms are turning out great. The varying temps of the pool were perfect for the fluctuating temperatures in the desert. Comfortable beds. Private mineral pool en suite was amazing. Will be back. Staff was extremely friendly, hardworking, and accommodating."

"Very nice place, especially for this area. You feel sucluded, resort like even. There are a few hiking trails minutes away, a very good indian restaraunt down the street and everything in palm springs is 15-20 min away. Breakfast is meh, but good enough. "

"This is a great property, it is clean and well taken care of. The staff is helpful, polite and professional. We have stayed here before and it is a great place. We will definitely be back! The only down side which I didn’t reflect in my rating was the breakfast. This use to have a fantastic continental breakfast with fruit and many options. It is now a cheap sack lunch/breakfast. I was told it was changed during Covid. I see this as a higher end niche spa / resort. The breakfast is what you would expect in a Motel 8. They could do better. Like I said we will be back, but I’ll pack some breakfast food and find a place to eat off property."
