"It was so clean and Beautiful. I did pay for ocean view, didn’t get that. There was trees in the way, when I asked to get moved they claimed it was fully booked. There was no way it was booked, there was only a handful of people on the property. "

I have used Expedia for countless trips, this is the first VIP Acess resort that actually provided me with a room upgrade, and for that reason, I am grateful and they have my family’s loyalty! Family trip at the Club at Solaz did not disappoint, we reserved a 2Bedroom room/villa and we received a 3bedroom 4 full baths room/villa! I cannot rave about it enough, the “kids” did not want to leave and neither did the parents. Our boys are 18/18/ and 21 years old and they loved the property as well. Lots of delicious restaurants and bars. We frequented the Mako restaurant because the aqua chile was phenomenal, along with their spicy shrimp tacos and the el Crunchy tacos. Our other notable meal was at Al Pairo where the food was delicious. The grounds for the hotel and stunning and the staff provided excellent service. Truly a wonderful vacation spot. Thank you Solaz for the wonderful stay."
