"Overall we really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, the sushi at the pool was incredible, and the drinks were great.
We missed a more personalized experience like we've had at other Cabo hotels...getting to know the staff and having them greet us by name, treats left for the kids in the room, and the warm welcome & farewell. It was a bigger property than we're used to, so that could be some of the reason it lacks a more intimate approach. The interior could use a bit of updating and the pool area seemed cramped. Our kids loved the ocean cove and looking for creatures by the rocks, so having lounge chairs closer to that direction would be so nice! While the beach is deemed swimmable, there are still big waves and heavy undertow at times.
We would recommend it to families looking for an affordable vacation in Cabo in comparison to rates of other hotels!"
