"Our stay was spectacular from beginning to end. The atmosphere, service, dining, pools, poolside service, and drinks all exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional, and the dinner restaurants were excellent. Special thanks to the concierge team, especially Erick and Anna, whose helpfulness, professionalism, and thoughtful recommendations made our vacation even more enjoyable and stress-free. Their hospitality truly stood out. The main area for improvement is the breakfast buffet, which felt average compared with the rest of the resort and the standards of a five-star property. The selection and variety were limited, and more fresh, high-quality options would greatly enhance the experience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the property. Improving the breakfast would make an already excellent experience truly exceptional."

"The property the King Junior Suite w poolside access and staff were exceptional! We really want to thank them for their hospitality and taking care of us while enjoying their beautiful country. Hurricane polo was lurking near by but luckily missed us! The surf made the beach extra hazardous and no sea activities because of the high surf and swells but we had a blast in the resort. The service was excellent in the restaurants but the menu was a bit limited with exotic dishes and the booze selection is limited to cheaper options. Many drinks are straight sugar bombs ad the liquor seemed diluted. We picked up a bottle of bourbon which saved the day otherwise 5 drinks to barely catch a buzz. Still we had a fabulous time regardless."
