I stayed for two nights and paid extra for an ocean view , but they put me on the first floor of baja point villa and didn't get a full view of the ocean , half of it was garden 😔, not what I was expecting for what I paid , plus shower was not clean , I called reception and they said they would try to accommodate me on another room , but they needed to check for availability, all that happened the first day ,but the second day nothing happened, never hear from them or did anything about the issue , plus hotel is remodeling everywhere you go on the hotel

Beautiful Property, But I Wouldn’t Return There’s no denying that the views at this property are spectacular, and our one-bedroom villa was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The staff was also friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short for me. As soon as we arrived, we were immediately approached about scheduling an 8:30 AM appointment for the next morning to sit through a timeshare presentation. After traveling and checking in, this felt more like an inconvenience than a welcome. My biggest issue was the lack of food options. We literally had only two restaurants on-site to choose from, which became frustrating very quickly. Although our villa had a fully equipped kitchen, we couldn't really take advantage of it because there were no convenient supermarkets nearby. The only small market available didn't carry basic items like meat, so preparing our own meals wasn't really an option. Getting around the property was also difficult in the heat. We had to walk to the Westin side of the complex to access additional dining options, and that walk was honestly unbearable at times. Another disappointment was the beach. While the scenery is beautiful, the currents and waves make it difficult to actually enjoy the beach for swimming. Overall, the property itself is gorgeous, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly. However, beautiful views alone aren't enough for me to want to return.

Our stay at The Westin Los Cabos was absolutely spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the bellboy welcomed us warmly, and every staff member provided excellent and attentive service. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to recommend activities to enjoy both at the hotel and around Los Cabos. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and high-quality food. We also enjoyed an incredible 80-minute massage at the spa, which was extremely relaxing and one of the highlights of our stay. The hotel is beautiful, the service is outstanding, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Los Cabos.

El hotel estaba en remodelación, y el ruido hizo imposible poder disfrutar las vacaciones. Tanto el Hotel, como Expedía deberían de notificar esto antes de hacer la reserva. La gente muy amable, eso sí. Pero no dar aviso a los huéspedes (porque desde luego, no fui el único afectado) me parece un abuso.

Very beautiful place!!! We stayed at Baja Point and the view was just breathtaking! Our room was so clean and spacious, the front desk and workers were all so kind and helpful since the moment we got there. Will definitely come back! One thing I will say the elevators were a bit confusing I had to use the phone by the elevator to call the front desk for directions on our first night however it was pretty easy to get the hang of afterwards also it’s pretty quiet at night meaning not much staff around to help so just keep that in mind but if you use any of the phones they’ll come and help! 10/10 will definitely recommend.

Everything was great. Our only complaint was that leaving our room, 412 in Baja point, the smell of sewage was strong every day. Was pretty gross. But as soon as we were upstairs it was gone. So it was a hold your breath and go. Didn’t smell in the room either. But next time I would ask to move rooms and it kind of grossed you out when u r feeling clean hah. Pools were great. Towels are available at both big pools which one of been good to know as we kept going to the main pool next door at the resort to get towels and u have to turn them in everyday. Don’t forget. The El Cielo restaurant was amazing. Very fancy and lots of food. Buffet was great also, especially Sunday mornings. Check in was great. If you want hotel shuttle from the airport you have to schedule it in advance. We used Uber everywhere. We also ended up with an amazing driver we kept using that took us to the grocery store and let us shop around while he waited for very little money! I have his number if you want it! Knows plenty of English as well. Bellhop Thomas was amazing and very helpful through-out our stay. The beach is closed and very gnarly waves so be careful even walking on the sand. Jelly fish to wash up on the sand. Beds were amazing as were the pillows, I’m super picky too. Shower was hot and awesome water pressure. Probably best place Ive stayed for that. We used the closet wall safe for extra cash and passports, worked out great. Would definitely stay again!!!

Loved our stay here! Very beautiful hotel just a bit confusing getting around with the elevators it’s like a maze other than that everything was wonderful.

Excelente servicio e instalaciones Los precios de alimentos y bebidas un poco desbordados y fuera de cotexto. Dada la situación de país, debería de adecuarse un poco los precios y tener mayor afluencia de personas en sus restaurantes. Costo beneficio.
