"Upstairs neighbors were extremely noisy every day during our stay. We called concierge every night so they could tell them to be quiet. It sounded like there was a gym above us. Not sure if they were wrestling, jumping, doing aerobics, etc. Staff was nice. Liked the 4-6 pm coffee and pastry time."

"The apartment was great for the 4 of us. Very spacious and the rooftop deck overlooking the city was breathtaking. The water heater had shut down and we couldn’t fix it and there was a staff member on-site within the hour to help us after hours. So helpful and nice!! Would definitely stay here again!"

"Lovely hotel, only thing that was a bit of a put off was the overpowering smell of room spray/air freshener when you walked into the room, we had to open the window to let fresh air in. The room itself was small but clean. Staff where very friendly. Breakfast was nice with a great choice. Lovely bar area and drinks where a reasonable cost for a hotel. Location was fantastic! "

"Beautifully decorated and clean room. Very quiet and comfortable although unable to turn down heating in room. The safe in the room was not working and I raised this with reception but they were unable to fix. Several lights and the fan in the bathroom were also not working. The hotel is excellently located and the staff were very friendly and helpful"
