"We had an excellent stay at the Grade 2 listed Britannia Palace! While the room is certainly compact it was clean throughout and suited our needs just fine for an overnight stay. Suzanne on reception was super friendly and helpful and talked me through how to register my car - car parking was free for 24 hours from when we arrived. The swimming pool and steam room were also a welcome addition for what was a very affordable price! "

"The setting was really beautiful-you could go for a walk straight from the property. There were horses, sheep and even alpacas to be admired, as well as some new farm kittens. The hosts were v friendly and made us feel really welcome. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless. Breakfast was freshly prepared and served. Would love to return. "
