Room was well-appointed, of a decent size and with a refurbished bathroom. Housekeeping staff friendly and efficient. The Lee Wood has always been one of my favourite hotels in Buxton. Only complaint was that it didn’t snow - which is hardly the fault of the hotel!

From the moment we arrived till we said goodbye the staff were accommodating, personable and demonstrated efforts to ensure we felt comfortable and well served.
