"A very impressive building. Bathroom a bit tired looking and taps stiff or leaking but a lovely location in the heart of Buxton. Only real gripe was that I was asked to pay extra for everything. Parking was an extra £5.00, use of the pool Is extra and breakfast was £24 extra! So I ate elsewhere."

"The thermal pool with natural water (indoors) is wonderful and was not too busy. The breakfast is excellent and rooms are quiet with nice aircon. Short-term and overnight Street parking is available outside."
