"The hotel was reasonable for Luwero, Reception appeared tired and not too friendly. Restaurant staff was more friendly and food was good although some items was consistently not available. Room was ok but noisy from outside. No card machine for payment made checkout frustrating. "

"This property is excellently run, beautiful inside and out, and the service is first-rate. I was honestly very surprised at how comfortable and well-run everything was - truly comparable to a high-end US or European hotel. I did have an issue with my hot-water heater which was not working, and the staff immediately offered solutions such as moving rooms or showering in a different room. "The property was good for the price, and if you are on a budget it’s good value. But the service was so slow, it took 30 mins to get a drink or a minimum of 1 hour to get food, that is when it isn’t busy, it’s longer if it is busy. If you are going to be out all day and only sleeping there it is a good stay."
