"No air conditioning and the lobby.... Manager is not there supposedly he's on vacation.And the active manager sandra needs to be retraining in customer service..... Renovation is going on next door very noisy..... Check in takes forever , and you must have your hotel.com reservation so they could reconfirm.\n Your reservation, if that makes sense. Even after giving them your passport in a lobby with no air condition and no support. To help you with the internet , just handed a card and you're on your own...... And supposedly the manager sandra was there and did not say , could I help you with the internet..... Horrible experience right off the gate.Do not recommend this hotel."
