"Nice hotel in the heart of KL. Spacious rooms, great location near the monorail and short walk to the starting point of the KL hop on hop off bus. Overall would recommend. "

"A total non entity of a hotel. No lobby or area to relax except for the Executive Floor which was not accessible to most guests. Check in was a mess and took over 15 mins to be served with no water provided. Breakfast was good but very hectic with no personalised service. We were on the 19th floor but Zero sound I insulation to the extent where we could hear traffic on the ground and everything in the corridor. This was awful given KL is often a stop for many people and meant jet lag was worse than expected "
