部屋は広く清潔でドライフルーツやミネラルウォーターのサービスもありました。朝食も量が多くおいしかったです。 娘さんが英語が話せるのでコミュニケーションも問題ありませんでした。 場所は旧市街中心から少し離れていますが歩いて5分程度でラビハウズまで行けます。ミニスーパーも至近でロケーションも良いです。

J'ai trouvé l'établissement fermé à mon arrivée. J'ai sonné et frappé à la porte pendant un bon moment. Le personnel dormait sans doute. J'ai dû réservé un autre hôtel à une heure tardive. Incompétence et manque de professionnalisme caractérise cet hôtel. A éviter absolument d'autant l'endroit ou il se situe est sale.

OK......but

This hotel seems to have been a small rich merchants house with large rooms that have been converted, however we were given a room that I think was the 'old servants quarters' as it was in a corner and very small, with half the room jutting out over the alleyway. The room had no facilities like a Safe, Fridge or Phone or Welcome Tray for making a hot drink. Complimentary water and Shower Shampoo were not replaced on a daily basis and had to be asked for. While I am really very puzzled as to how one organisation justify a very high rating for this place. On our last night we were moved to a very large room where the shower. washbasin and toilet had been added to the room as our room the previous night was extremely cold as I don't think the 2 external walls have any insulation in them and the inside wall is plasterboard.

Appalling experience

Arrived after midnight, we had phoned a few hours before from Samarkand to announce our late check in and asking if everything was ok, with a positive answer. Upon our arrival, the Hotel staff (only one of which could understand English) could not find our reservations in the system. After half an hour and after viewing my confirmation mail they could find them in their "Expedia files" but admitted that they had not been transferred into their main system. They offered us only one room out of the two we had reserved, which we refused also after seeing the miserable conditions of the room they offered and of the bathroom. We were lucky enough to find another hotel nearby and gladly left Chor Minor around 2 in the night, with no regret. First time I had such an appalling experience with Expedia, this hotel should not be offered to Expedia customers.

Nice staff and nice room

The outside looks a little dated but the room is clean and spacious. The owner is helpful. He and his wife do not speak English but their teenage daughter speaks English. She is a charming little lady. The hotel is between Choir Minor and Lyabi Haus Complex. several mini market are around the hotel.

家庭的な雰囲気のホテル

家庭的な雰囲気のホテルです。部屋も清潔で落ちつきます。シャワーのお湯の勢いが弱いのはちょっと残念ですが。帰りは宿の親父さん自ら車で空港まで無料で送ってくれました。（空港まで車で約15分）ドル→スムの両替も親父さんにお願いするとやってくれますよ。

アットホームなB&B

オーナー一家は気さくで親切でした。英語もそこそこ通じます。 部屋にはロフトがあり、ベッドが置いてありました。床部分はソファーとテーブル、バスルームがあります。 エアコン、テレビ付き。Wifiも使えます。朝食も美味しかった。

場所：中心地まで徒歩5分強と便利。近くにミニマート有｡又､新市街地側にも徒歩で行けるので、市バスを乗るにも便利。 設備：ホテルは清潔ですが、簡素です。 サービス：英語は一人のスタッフを除いては、余り通じません｡空港まで迎えをお願いしていましたが、来ていただけなかったので､事前にメールで確認することをおすすめします。最終日､早朝出発でしたが、その時間に合わせて､朝食を用意いただき、ありがたかったです。

絶好のロケーション

サマルカンドの観光スポット「チャハルミナール」すぐ隣にあるホテル。最高のロケーションです。岡の上に建つシャーヒ・ズィンダ廟群やレギスタン広場は徒歩圏内。公園敷地内にあるのでタクシーをホテルに横付けすることはできません。荷物が多ければ、レギスタン広場から公園内を走る電気バス(1000スム)に数分乗るか、ホテル裏の未舗装道路に車を止めて三分ほど歩かなければなりません。

快適でアットホームな宿

無料で空港まで出迎えてくれ、駅まで送り届けてくれました。オーナーはあまり英語が話せませんが英語が話せるスタッフがいるのでコミュニケーションは問題ないです。観光地チャハルミナールすぐ近く。この値段なら何泊しても助かります。値段安くて快適なので3泊しました。ホテルから五分ほど歩くとイタリアンレストランがあり、そちらも安価なのに味はかなり美味しいです。ホテル宿泊してイタリアンディナーしても１日50ドル程度で済みます。

立地＆スタッフさん最高です！

ラビハウス（空港からのミニバスが発着する場所）から徒歩数分と非常に近く、立地は最高でした。 オーナーさんは英語ができないものの、笑顔で迎えていただき、無料でお茶のサービスもしてくださいました。 オーナーさんではなく若い女性のスタッフさんは、英語が堪能で、対応も素晴らしかったです。 景色の良い屋上に案内してくれたり、空港へ送ってくれたりもし、予想以上のサービスでした。 ほぼ100点満点！ですが・・・ お部屋の窓が閉まらなく、それだけが少々不満。 お部屋によっては、カンペキだと思います。 おすすめです。
