Suzangaron Hotel exceeded my expectations! From the warm welcome at check-in to the beautifully decorated rooms, everything was perfect. We stayed at Suzangaron Hotel as a couple and absolutely loved it. The hotel has a very cozy, family-friendly feeling, and the staff treated us like part of their own family. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with traditional details. The kids enjoyed the courtyard, and we loved relaxing there in the evenings. Breakfasts were amazing — lots of fresh fruit, homemade pastries, and local dishes. This hotel truly made our stay in Bukhara special!

Needs an improvement.

Service was ractive, zero proactivity. They didn't make the room , they only do it "if you ask for it" (noninformation at arrival). Aircon was unplugged, wifi didn't work properly. Bathroom clearly needs a renovation, specially the shower, with a dirt curtain. Breakfast was basic and had to ask for juice and coffee as machine didn't work. the only positive aspect is tge excellent location.
