Outstanding staff!

I loved staying in this hotel! It is beautiful and comfortable. The staff were some of the most hospitable, friendly and charming people I have met! I have never had such a wonderful experience with hotel staff and they really made my stay memorable and comfortable.

The staff are helpful. They helped us in every aspect from early check-in to allowing us to spend some time at their terace after check-out. Perfect staff, perfect policy. It is located at the heart of old Buxara, easy to go anywhere on foot. Higly recommend it.

The stay was nice and pleasant. Room are tiny, quiet and clean. It was a disappointment that the booked double room was non-existent and twin room was offered instead.

Best hotel in the center of Bukhara

This hotel was superb! From top to bottom is brand new, but maintaining the unique architecture of Bukhara, Uzbekistan. With attention to detail on every corner of the building, painting, ceiling, and wooden carving, just stunning. If that’s not enough of a reason to sta, it gets better. The breakfast was delicious honestly the best while in Uzbekistan. Let’s not forget of the friendliest of all the staff. Highly recommend this place.

Location: excellent, very close to historic center of Bukhara. Room: Clean, average size but bathroom very small and claustrophobic. Staff: very friendly and helpful Breakfast: OK Caution: multi-level story small hotel with no elevators, be prepared to climb many steps.

Great stay in Bukhara. Very hospitable staff. They let us do early check in since we flew in early and arrived at the hotel around 7AM. They asked if we had any questions about the town, and made sure we had a nice stay. Location was perfect and we walked everywhere we planned to visit. Breakfast was plentiful of local dishes. Omelette, fruit, bread, coffee, teas and pastries. Deli meat and cheeses. Front desk woke up early the day we checked out(4:15AM), to make sure a taxi would show up to take us to the train station. Room was clean and spacious. On our last night we went to the terrace to enjoy the view, and they showed up with some refreshments. Very unexpected but really cool. Just very nice and caring people.

Nice, family run hotel! Amazing decoration. 5-10 min walk to old city attractions! The only downside is super tiny shower cabin (but who cares for 1-2 night stay!)

Has the potential to be a wonderful hotel - the good: great breakfast, well located, nice esthetic. The bad: no water on the first night, no water in the first morning. We approached front desk and it seemed they didnt beleive it as they didnt check themselves and blamed it on the town and suggested finding a new hotel. They did check other rooms on lower floors and saw water so that is likely why. They did finally come and check and were able to adress it. The second night we came back to shower and there was water but now it wouldnt drain - standing water level of not draining. Asked if they had something to clear the drain, they did not so that was a second day of shower problems. On top of that, power kept dropping - there was a problem at the breaker that persisted over the duration of the stay with a few periods of a few hours of it being down hotel wide. The rooms are small, be ready.

観光ポイントは歩いて回れます。

Toki Sarrofonのすぐ南。Google Mapの指し示す場所から北へ曲がってすぐ左の奥まったところにあります。ほとんどすべての観光ポイントは北へ歩いてすぐの範囲にあります。毛皮商人の豪邸も南西に歩いて15分ぐらいです。ホスピタリティはいいです。

部屋天井、壁面のイスラミックで華麗な装飾に驚きました。 食堂は地下でしたが、ここも壁面に砂漠やラクダ、モスクなど描いてあって素敵でした。朝食は品数多く、手作りの食べ物やローカルフード、カプチーノありで、とても満足しました。 シャワー室が狭いのが、不便でした。
