"The room was impeccable (including the bathroom), lots of storage areas to tuck away bags, great water pressure, incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, and very delicious breakfast. There was construction going on outside my room, but you couldn't hear a thing. I hope to stay here again when I'm back. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

"The hotel is very nice, the room is spacious and everything is very clean. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. If you're sensitive to heat, be very careful; in November they turn off the air conditioning and switch to heating, and there's no way to change it. The bathtub is quite unsafe; you could fall in. "

"The Executive Tower is definitely worth the stay. I’ve stayed at this hotel since 2009 and the main tower rooms need a great deal of renovation. It was pretty horrible in 2023 when I was there. Service is always very good and this trip it was exceptional and the room was clean, brightly lit and comfortable. Amenities were ok but I care more about room lighting, size and cleanliness. Will definitely be back."

"The hotel is situated in the middle of the Insadong district of Seoul with easy access to several subway lines. The rooms are very clean and very quiet. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. One caution: it was very difficult at least for me to find the hotel because no part of it faces a major street. If your navigation system tells you to go down an alley just follow it!"
