"Friendly staff, clean rooms , they provide shuttle drop off and pick up to restaurants and vale parking. "

"Clean room Good Breakfast If you use Flix bus and come to Buffalo Airport they will pick you at the hotel pickup sign.Just call the hotel when you’re ready to be picked up. Staff is great very helpful."

"Windows in room did not close completely; air conditioner cover broken; was not told about utility fee or cleaning fee per stay and $100 deposit. Sign at desk shows it but it is not on Hotels.com website. Also front desk person was supposed to be on duty until 10pm but was gone prior to that time. "

"No one at reception for about an hour around 10pm. Given no explanation or apology or acknowledgement upon return."

"Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel maintenance needs some TLC. Beds were comfortable."

"This hotel is so lovely! The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was roomy too. I love the hallway seating areas. The south side has a nice view of the park. It was quiet and comfortable. The bar was really nice too!"
