"The Concierge was really rude I asked about checking in granted I was early but the way the attendant spoke to me was horrible, she gave me attitude for asking questions saying I needed to wait which was fine I just didnt like how she responded. Then I was seeing her give other people rooms after us while we were still waiting. I called customer service and asked for a room and why others were going in before me even though they got there much later than I. The customer service rwp on the phone called the front desk as I was at the lobby so they new it was me that was calling and while I was on the phone waiting for the agent the Concierge person who was rude to me came over and gave me a room key. No smile no word, just turned around and walked off. That was really rude horrible customer service at the front desk"

"I really liked that this hotel was located in a very central location. We took the train from the airport to the Space Needle then the hotel was a 5-6 minute walk from there. We then used the city bikes to take the 15-20 minute ride down to the Pikes Place Market . The buffet for breakfast was great, lots of options, and the room and lobby was nice. We also used the gym which had good equipment. Overall, when I go back to Seattle, I would go back to this hotel."

"We arrived early right after we disembarked from the cruise ship. Our flight was very early the next morning. I had requested an early check in a few days before. This is a quaint hotel with fantastic doormen and front desk ladies. The bell men were very kind and were always available to help if requested. You need a valid room card to access your floor which added an extra sense of security. Once we arrived around 10 AM I was advised the room was not ready. My daughter and I decided to walk around the area and shop etc. Our room was not ready until check in time of 4 pm (completely acceptable and expected) they apologized profusely and were able to gift my daughter a little surprise for her birthday :) Very happy with service and will return because of the exceptional staff."
