"I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is ideal—close to restaurants, cafés, and beautiful parks, which made getting around very convenient. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and professional, always ready to help with a smile. "The staff were very good the facility was in great shape for its age the rooms I stayed in were all updated the free breakfast was quite something lots of options but in general the staff were very courteous efficient polite while there were language barriers the new AI chat translation tools were very helpful they use them as well as I and that seemed to solve most issues with communication"
