It is a good hotel, very clean and quiet. The only problem was a breakfast without special vegan options. Although it was requested, only tomatoes and cucumbers were offered, while champignons were served from the same dish and with the same spoon as the sausages.

Room was comfortable and a nice bed. Ok for a B&B / guest house but not a Hotel. No restaurant for dinner and no parking. Check in good check out was poor.The Hotel was very hard to find- when eventually we did we had to pay 23 euros to park locally.

Relatively quiet for a central city hotel. Room cleaning excellent. Close to ERC offices for reviewers. Shower was weak but didn’t leak.

Very close to Brussels north station and Rogier metro/tram station giving you access to the rest of the city. Walkable to the city center. Shows wear and tear. Definitely not a four stars hotel. A good three stars at best.

Very acceptable stay

Decent option. Nothing fancy but it was clean and quiet. Its probably a while since it has been re-modelled, but the bed was comfy, the shower was hot and full of pressure, it was quiet at night. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff were friendly and courteous. And they upgraded my room for free. Located 15 mins walk from Grand Place, or 2 mins walk from a tram stop. Whats not to like?

Good, average hotel to stay in Brussels

Just a basic hotel in the north part of Brussels. It wasn't bad, but it's not exceptional by any means. Lobby was nice, clean and attractive. Access to building was by keycard which is nice. Hotel staff were friendly. Room was basic and clean, again, nothing exceptional. Just your average hotel room. Nothing really to complain about, but nothing to get excited about either. If in Brussels again I would still consider staying here.

Room very noisy. Windows are not sound proof, and we heard every airplane. The cold water tap and AC / Heating didn’t work. We rent for 1 night because is close to the train station. We regretted. Hotel is way overpriced and need maintenance! I hope it helps, Gabriel

Property smelled like actual poop and the air conditioning was terrible. The staff went into our room and turned off the ac on a 35 degree day. Lots of stains everywhere, staff was not helpful

The hotel itself was nice. The gym was also decent. But their organization was lacking. I was given a card for a room that was already occupied. Afterwards, my card didn't work for my whole stay so I had to go to the reception again. While they're friendly, waiting times was sometimes too much. I felt that problems were not taken or handled too seriously either, which was disappointing, but nothing too bad. Still a decent place

Friendly & helpful staff. Very good breakfast buffet. Great location. Good price. Only slightly negative comment is that the furniture in the room was pretty dated. No USB ports anywhere in sight. Also, this property does not offer any basic recycling of plastic bottles. No environmentally friendly which is a shame in this day and age specially in a city like Brussels that claims to be on the forefront of green energy.
