The room was excellent, beautifully presented. lack of a lobby lounge was poor. We asked for English Tea bags and were told it was chargeable. Coffee and tea in room was very basic

Fancy hotel to stay at was overall a good experience with only some issues. The main issue I had was staff at some of the restaurants at the hotel ignored me because I spoke English and they apparently didn't so yea but they should make an effort not just walk away from me when I try asking them questions. The other main issue is with the transportation they offer a shuttle service but apparently you need a pass to get it and you have to navigate the casino/hotel to get to it with luggage. Why on earth do you put the place to get the shuttle pass ticket in the casino area and I can't bring my luggage in to get my shuttle pass. Getting around was a nightmare and more trouble then it was worth. Another complaint I had was they gave me a plate of fruit but I am just one person and only staying one night seems a bit wasteful to expect me to eat a Pitaya three apples a banana and other fruits in such a short period of time. They also gave me a 16GB USB flash drive that was branded but seems kind of unnecessary The room was great though even had a tv in the toilet and bathroom although it would always turn on when turning on the lights which isn't always necessary.

まだ澳門がポルトガル領だった頃から頻回に来ていますが、今回2024年はコロナの影響もあり2016年以来の訪問となりました。 1番驚いたのは、日本人に対するサービスの変化ですね。以前は反日感丸出しのようなスタッフをよく見ましたが、今回はスタッフから親日感を感じました。日本語の勉強をしているスタッフにもお会いましたしね。 出来立ての頃と比べれば、ホテル自体は流石に少し老朽化を認めますが、それを上回るサービスを感じたので大満足です。しいてあげれば、トイレにウォシュレットがあれば文句無しです。
