"Went on holiday for a couple weeks in the UK. This was my favorite room that I rented due to the kind owner and the amenities. The room had a Microwave & Refrigerator/freezer, which is something that all of the other hotel rooms I rented lacked. "Switched selected room upon arrival as room I reserved was not available anymore. Had no power to charge devices before a long flight due to what appeared to be a shortage in electricity. Was promised an investigation regarding my reporting of a room that was not cleaned but no one had followed up with me, messages ignored also. "

"This a good choice for anyone needing to be in central Camberley for any reason. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. If needed- there is parking and a nearby Heathrow airport service for only 2pounds one way. Furnishing need an update but it was a good choice for me."

"This is our 2nd time staying here, we stayed about 15 years ago & love the fact it is in Terminal 5 easy access to our British airways flight. There are signs in Terminal 5 leading you to hotel so it is easy to find. The Tube subway is an easy walk from hotel to airport to get access to London. It is a far trek into London but the airport convenience was more important to us. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and front desk assisted us. We were able to get an earlier check in but had to wait only an hour and didn’t mind as we’re quite a bit early. As we waited we had tea in the tea lounge which was wonderful. The suite we booked was absolutely gorgeous, clean and had space for the 3 of us. Our suite also came with access to the club lounge which provided Breakfast and afternoon reception. The fitness center and lounge were wonderful. The Sofitel is one of our favorite hotels from service to room and will definitely stay again! "

"I stay at the Holiday Inn Express Heathrow Terminal 4 whenever I have an overnight layover at Heathrow. The location is convenient as it is easily accessible via the train (free). The staff is always friendly, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast buffet (free) is plentiful and delicious."
