"The room was very clean and recently updated, thankfully; however, the hotel was basically empty, seemed to be running with a (polite and helpful) skeleton crew, and basically a construction zone. The restaurant and bar weren't open because of the renovations, which was a little inconvenient. I think we'd return once renovations are complete because we loved the convenience of the location, and I'm sure it'll be beautiful once it's finished. "

"Parking lot was good easy to get into and out of. Had a few troubles with room keys in elevator but front desk fixed problem.breakfast was good quiet syay."

"The pool was closed for repairs, which was the primary reason we chose this hotel. The room smelled like urine but did improve once we turned on the air conditioning. They gave us a handicapped accessible room (which we didnt need) and the adjustable shower head would not stay up. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom so it was smelly and musty after use. The staff was great. "

"Great location, great staff. The ballrooms and other event amenities looked great. We saw lots of wedding groups. The rooms were clean but opportunity to modernize. For example, having USB-C charging options and more connection points for devices would be nice. No market pantry for a quick grab and go option and the fact that the onsite restaurant is not open for lunch on Saturday and Sunday is a bit inconvenient, esp if you're in a rush but plenty of options nearby. "

"Excellent hotel Menu was limited. Restaurant/Bar would not take cash which I thought was strange. Rooftop lounge outstanding"

"Super friendly staff. Valet parking made staying downtown easy and safe. Onsite restaurant and Starbucks were handy. (Make sure you order the gooey butter cake early...they run out!)"
