"Breakfast great, rooms and hotel in general very tired, but we think it’s being done up as scaffolding all round. Staff efficient and pleasant, food sparse, only pizza for dinner available, so we ate out. Convenient location near shops and waterfront just a walk away, easy access to the gower. "

"Overall great stay, room lovely and big, lovely big bath and the food was delicious. Small improvements would include accessibility access- we were on second floor which for us was fine, but for those with limited mobility no lift. Would also note the room got very warm, no air con so something to be mindful of, particularly in the summer months (there was a plug in small fan available)."

"It looks and feels very tired and in need of an up lift to bring up to a good standard. Feels like it’s stuck in the 1980’s still. Not happy to have to pay to park either. "

"Lovely little guest house, shower and toilet in the room not a seperate bathroom. Light breakfast available but unfortunately 2 out of four mornings there was no milk left for cereal and a drink. Lovely pup very near with great food "
