"It is a great option to stay especially if you are traveling with kids. The place is newly renovated and pretty clean. Mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and sheets and towels were crispy clean. It is pretty quiet, however it is not soundproof: we could hear neighbors walking upstairs. Also neighbours' toilet flushing and shower were very loud. The kitchen tools and dishes were very basic, but enough to cook some meals. There were no basics stocked like salt, sugar or cooking oil. The management company brought over a welcome basket with some things on the third day of our stay when we already had purchased our own paper supplies, dish soap, laundry detergent and other basics. There was a brand new washer and dryer tower which was very helpful since we packed lightly. The resort is very well maintained. We enjoyed the heated swimming pool and the hot tub. Our kids loved watching white birds coming very close to our unit's patio door and we even saw an alligator in one of the ponds on the property. "
