During my stay, I noticed the presence of cockroaches both in the bathroom and inside the room, . This situation was extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable. It raised serious concerns about cleanliness, health, and sanitary conditions, and it negatively affected my overall experience as a guest. I believe that situations like this should not occur in a hotel room intended for guests, as customers expect a clean, safe, and properly maintained environment. Through this letter, I kindly request that this matter be investigated and that the necessary measures be taken to improve hygiene and pest control within the hotel facilities. "I was very happy with the area in which this hotel was located, however, my suite was not the cleanest as there was food under my best upon checking in to the room and the bed sheets has some stains. The blankets/bed sheets were thin and poor quality. The pool however was very nice and parking was a plus!"
