Valet to beach - not good. Phones weren’t working. Staff t pool is nice only if they show up, most of the time you have to look for staff. No restaurants on site which is disappointing and ordering by the pool depends on if someone is actually there. Disappointed and expected better. Gym is outdated and the hotel could use updates. Nice location.

Great hotel best location walk to the beach. On fifth ave with all best shopping and things to see. Walls are pretty thin between rooms.
