"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. "The hotel is in a VERY central location in London (and has air conditioning). It is within walking distance to many West End theaters ( Carnaby/SoHo/Covent Garden/Leichester Square) as well as shopping areas on Oxford, Regent and Piccadilly streets. It also has a tube station just steps away, as well as easy access to many bus lines or the famous black cabs. This made the hotel a great choice for a London first timer. I enjoyed the hotel. It was quiet and definitely enough room for our party of 3 (three person room). If you are on the minimalistic side, you will love it here. They do have special rooms on alternating floors for hair dryers and irons, as those are not in your rooms (and I believe there was laundry service as well- but we did not use it). I only have small critiques surrounding service/contact to get items- such as toilet paper, towels and extra pillows. Housekeeping did not come to our room in our 6 day stay, so we often had to ask employees in the lobby for items we needed. I would also recommend bringing a nightlight, as our room (and many others according to the evacuation map), do not have windows and it was pitch black at night. We often left on a light in the bathroom to navigate when needed, but it was still too bright. I definitely would recommend a stay here if you like close proximity to food, theater and pubs."

"Wouldn’t have previously considered staying at a concept like this, but booked as hotel prices were very expensive for my travel dates. I was pleasantly surprised. You do have to use the QR code on your phone to move about the building too often in my opinion but that said, it’s very secure. The location is unbeatable for the price and I would absolutely stay again."

"Room was clean. Daily housekeeping, turndown service and free water. Full gym with squad racks and dumbbells. Helpful staff to bring you shaving kit, dental kit, etc. HMDI plugin requires help from staff. Great location! Not exactly sure what VIP gets you. Normally, I get a meal discount voucher or a bottle of free champagne but I didn’t receive of these from this hotel."
