"Checking in was good, but once we got to our room, it was redesigned and way too modern, it was more comfy before!!! And then we decided to go to the pool, but is was closed a week after reopening of the hotel!!! Then it was shower time, nice and clean but struggled to get the wall condiments open, then had to was my hands and the sink water wasn’t working and the toilet was running constantly, guess they weren’t updated if checked to see if working before reopening!!! Final straw, had to change...

"Convenience, friendly staff and clean room. Facility appears to host tour groups as there were two large coach buses on property. Would stay here again."
"The staff is terrific - friendly yet professional. The property is clean, safe, beds are super comfy. Air conditioner is noisy though.
Breakfast is delicious, but skip the salads at the Azul restaurant.
Would definitely stay again.

"The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were all professional and friendly. We particularly enjoyed the live music in the dining area in the evening."
"Might be the best hotel for the money and although it’s probably technically a motel because you enter from the outside instead of from the hallway on the inside, the rooms are very nice in the pool and hot tub or massive"
"The check in was smooth and fast, amenities were as described. The room and the great stay experience was just what we needed. Although some renovations and construction was going on, they were kind enough to make up for it by complimentary snacks and drinks. A small clogged up sink was taken care of by their plumber. We’re definitely considering returning on our next trip to Scottsdale. Can’t wait to see the post renovation site!"
