this is not a hotel it is a studio apartment in an apartment complex. a little misleading and a little odd. i believe this is one of 3 units that are being rented short term and the others are monthly renters. i personally would not stay here again although the location is very good. i did not use the pool or rooftop but some people may enjoy these amenities. check out is 10am

The host was very polite, helpful, and quick to communicate. Overall the stay was perfect for my needs. It was nice to be in a gated area, have assigned parking so that you do jot have to worry about where to park, and the washer and dryer was a huge plus. The only thing that bothered me was how the upstairs neighbors quite literally stomped through their apartment constantly, I am the last person to complain about anything but it seemed excessive. I dont blame the property owners what so ever and it could have also just been some one who was staying there temporarily. I would definitely stay again though!

AWESOME, Strongly recommend

I like staying here. Rooms are really clean, having a kitchen is a bonus and so is the walk in shower. Easy to get in and out of while on the motorcycles. Close to Old Town. Definitely will stay here again.

Absolutely loved this place! Super cute and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, quick walk to Ground on 2nd Coffee shop and just minutes from downtown old towne Scottsdale. Host communicated well and I honestly have no complaints! When I travel to Scottsdale again I will be back to this place!

Nice, clean, quiet. Good AC, recommend.

Really nice little studio, worked perfect for my needs. Much better stocked than a standard motel or hotel. Very clean and nicely remodeled, modern. For me the bed wasn’t the best but I’m kinda hard to please when it comes to beds. Probably be fine for most everyone else. Great communication and very willing to make stay easy. Would stay again if the bed suited my preferences. Surprisingly quiet and Great AC.

This is a kind of a tough one. Not completely their fault, but it is. Let’s discuss the positive aspects. The room was nothing extraordinary, but it met my expectations. It was similar to any small room in Mexico, which is not a bad thing considering the price. Considering I was paying a cleaning fee, I went in and wiped the floors, and I could tell they had done a good job. All the appliances worked, and they even left behind some helpful instructions. I love the concept and idea. The location wasn’t ideal, as it was a 15-minute walk to Valley Ho for food, but they had a great coffee shop just around the corner. I had breakfast, dinner, and some wine there. It’s definitely a place I recommend. I must admit that I’ve been neglecting my responsibilities. If I had taken the time to read my emails, I wouldn’t have the problems I have now. However, I’m an individual who spends a significant amount of time in motels. I usually stay at the Marriott in Hilton Mines, and even Expedia has been a good option for me over the years, with a total of 700 nights spent. I didn’t realize that I needed to follow specific instructions, let alone that I needed to check my emails. I simply got the address and checked in at the hotel. This isn’t advice, but I think it’s important to clarify that the test instructions should be read before continuing, not the last question. Needless to say, I could not find what I was looking for. This is where the story gets interesting but we will leave it the

This is the best stay I have had in a long time. Everything about it was great. I loved the location and that i could walk with my dog to all the great near by places. I enjoyed the calm atmosphere of the whole complex.
