"Nice hotel and was a good location for us. I thought the queen suite had a couch but it didn’t. It did have a table with two chairs and a nice kitchen. The room was nice but didn’t smell fresh but we opened the window and did our Lysol spray and it was fine. Our bathroom needed cleaning and we told the staff and they were there fast and handled it. The bed was fine not too soft or hard. The coffee was fresh in the morning and staff was nice especially the young lady who checked us in. It’s no sidewalks outside of the hotel so you have to walk on the curb/gutter which wasn’t bad because the roads are wide. "

"Lacking in all ways except parking"

"Parking lot was well lit with easy parking, though the front desk attendant was very courteous and pleasant, once we finally met him, our room left a few things to be desired,starting with the lack of lighting, it had a kitchenette with No light not to mention NO dishes with which to cook, how do you run an advertisement showing the items are furnished and then not have so much as a plastic cup in the room. the ONLY LIGHTING was bedside lamps and out of the 3 one was broken, hanging on by a wire "literally", the remaining 2 were no more than nighlihts for a child's room. the bathroom was without towels or a trash can only two thin hand towels and one washcloth were present, there was a hole in the ceiling where the overhead light should have been, and there was what looked like gold glitter paint spilled all over the bathroom shelf. And to top it off the bed had a thick itchy blanket under the sheets instead of on top, who's wants itchy fibers against their skin as they sleep? For the benefit of the kind staff that was available(After being greet by a sign at the front desk upon arriving saying check in online and come back after 3p) please DO BETTER!!!"

"ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!!!! Walked into our room, immediately saw 3 cockroaches. Swatted one, 2 more shot out and up the wall from behind the bed!!! UNREAL. We turned right back around and waited in line to get a refund, which took almost 30 minutes. Then we had to find another pet friendly hotel at 10pm on the weekend. RUN!!!"
