"Good hotel with satisfactory service. Breakfast was also good. However the pictures are a bit deceiving. The chalet is attached to the main structure with the garden surrounded by those of other buildings and facing a busy road and the master bedroom has the window on the main road so we go regularly woken up by the traffic noise. Although the hotel shows pictures of a swimming pool, it does not have one. It is the local swimming pool open to everyone and to be paid extra. "

"Clean rooms! Lovely balcony- we choose the room with the view to the Matterhorn and it did not disappoint in the morning and day and night! Bedroom and bathroom are modern. Best breakfast lay out and the coffee perfect! Best coffee in the whole trip! Staff friendly and helpful! Close to everything, shopping, restaurants, short walk to the ski lifts of Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. Amazing views and rid up there for both skiers and non- skiers! Complimentary electric shuttle to hotel from train and return. "
