"Very unpleasant self-serve check-in process. Dropping bags and parking was confusing and laborious. Definitely not for folks with mobility issues. There was no coffee in the room, nor was any complimentary coffee available. Needed to go down 15 levels to buy it at Starbucks in a smoky lobby. The bed was very comfortable and room space was good."
