"Had a wonderful stay, the service and the welcome was warm and inviting, Pam and Alan were the type host to make you feel at home. Even though the the building and the inside is a bit out dated but due to the environment and the area and definitely the hosts, the hotel provides an amazing stay. "

"I was able to park right outside for no charge and was welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff, who carried my bag to my room. The room was lovely and the bed was so comfy with beautiful soft linen! I would highly recommend this place to stay. "

Our Wonderful Post-Christmas Stay at Holiday Inn Bournemouth
What a lovely way to extend the Christmas magic! We (two adults and our 10-year-old daughter) enjoyed a one-night family getaway at the Holiday Inn Bournemouth from 26-27 December 2025, and it was the ideal spot for a relaxed seaside break. The hotel’s central location is fantastic – just a short walk from the beautiful Bournemouth beach and town centre. Even in winter, the seafront was invigorating with crisp air and stunning views over the bay. Our family room was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean – perfect for the three of us, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed to unwind after the festive season. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and offering great recommendations for family-friendly spots nearby.
Breakfast was a real highlight: a generous buffet with plenty of hot and cold options, including kid-friendly choices that kept our daughter happy and energised for exploring the pier and gardens. Although our stay was short, the Holiday Inn Bournemouth felt comfortable, convenient, and great value – a reliable choice for families. We’d happily return for a longer holiday by the sea! 🌊🎄"
"Atmosphere is important and the staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. We went out of season so that may have made a difference to the dynamic. There was calm and peace both important to us. The breakfast was superb although I wanted to give some tips as to how to make the best scrambled eggs! You had to choose your time to use the pool as not always available but the gym was generally quiet. We are looking forward to returning next year."
"Parking was good, the bathroom radiator didn’t work so the bathroom was a bit chilly ,it woukd have been better if the bar had some 0 alcoholic beverages to offer, and some ground decaf coffee. apart from that every thing was good "
"Room was nice and clean spacious for the kids to be able to play and fantastic view of the beach, staff were lovely very polite and helpful, the kids loved the indoor pool. Location of the hotel was great. "
