"Everything was wonderful. The reception team is fantastic. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. Practically all of the staff speak English. Aiman from the reception is an angel who explains everything and is extremely dedicated to providing excellent customer service. The gym is clean and well maintained, and the pool is wonderfully clean as well. I will definitely come back! Best regards, Dorota"

"Beds were super comfy. Breakfast was varied and the eggs cooked fresh to your liking were fast and fab. Front desk staff were great. The Club Bar service was exceptional - as was the ambience. "I had an incredible stay at the Empire, Brunei. The hotel and grounds are stunning and I made the most of the incredible spa, the onsite cinema and the pool and beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating and really made it a truly special stay. The rooms were amazing and the sea view is unmissable."
