First of all thank you for upgrading my booking with free of charge because my first booking has a problem on a room kudos to the hotel. The upgraded room is so nice the AC is cold just the way I like the staffs are friendly. And hotel is located in station 1 its ok with me with 3-5mins walk going to the Dmall. The main road there is under construction so you must walk to the beach, but overvall it was an excellently stay.

잠만 자기도 불편한 숙소

첫날 새벽 도착으로 잠만 자기 위해 예약했는데 후회로 남았어요. 에어컨 소음이 엄청났고 비까지 내려 컨테이너 같은 벽에 부딪히는 빗소리가 매우 시끄러웠어요. 정말 컨테이너 재질의 벽이라니 놀랐고, 게다가 큰 바퀴벌레까지 나와 잠도 제대로 잘 수가 없었어요. 잠만 자더라도 추천하고 싶지 않습니다.

Great hotel!

Had a great stay here :) They upgraded me to the nicer hotel which is near station 1 thank God because there other one looked pretty small and right by the beach where it was noisy. I liked the location because it was secluded enough from the beach but still within walking distance of all the other stations (2-3 minute walk to the beach). All of the staff were extremely kind and courteous (always saying "HI Sir" which made me feel extra special!) and the security guard at the front door would always hold the door for you and help out. As for the room it was very clean and very comfortable as well but a little on the small side with a low hanging roof which I felt like I would bump into sometimes but never did fortunately. The room service was excellent always attending to my needs and would always clean up the room really nice after each night. The only one thing I can say I didn't like about it was the very limited access to wifi at times. Some days it was off for the whole day and I couldn't connect and the front desk couldn't figure it out either so I just ended up using the data on my local SIM card I bought for cheap. Overall an excellent stay and very cool experience as my last stop in island hopping all over the Phillipines and a nice way to end my vacation. Even though there are nicer hotels (but you'd be paying 10 times more) this one was affordable and excellent for my money's worth at less than $40 a night and would definitely consider staying at again! Thank you!!

장점으로는 1.디몰과 가까운 위치 버짓마켓 바로옆이라 괜찮음 2.저렴한 가격 3.직원들의 친절함은 괜찮음 단점으로는 1. 화장실에서 하수구 냄새나고 2. 옆방에서 코고는소리가 이방에서 나는거 같아서 침대밑을 한번 처다봄 3. 방의 잠금장치가 부실(그냥 일반문 똑딱이)해서 나갈때 중요물건은 가지고 나가야 할거 같음

If you don’t plan on sleeping this is the hotel for you with the thin plastic walls you can hear the person in the next room fart and the party down the street. The wifi didn’t work in our room the the 3rd floor. The staff were excellent best thing this hotel has going for them.

We love that it's a short walk to D'Mall and to the beach. Only downside, is the noise from the street that can be heard inside the room. Noise from passerby, tricycles and the road workers kept us up 1 night, also noise from the aircon. We requested to be transferred to another room the next day which the staffs willingly obliged so kudos to them for that. So Avoid all rooms 01 & 02. We stayed at 303 the second night, and there were minimal noise - but we slept okay after that. No bathroom rugs set up when you check in (we always ask for it), no free water, and weak internet connection. Pros - location, location, location and the staffs are nice

편리한 쇼핑

D*mall 바로 옆에 위치하여 쇼핑하기에 매우 좋다. 호텔은 깨끗한 편이다. 다만, 도로 바로 옆에 있어서 이른 아침에 자동차 소음이 잠자는 데 지장을 줄 수 있다.

깔끔하지만 너무 시끄러워요..

집에 오는 날 씻고 오려고 1박 예약했는데요..정말 잠깐 씻고 쉬다 오기는 저렴하고 깔끔하긴 한데 컨테이너로 만든 곳이라 밖에서 들리는 소음과 옆방에서 들리는 tv소리가 어마어마해요..잠깐 눈도 못붙일정도예요..하지만 잠깐 들려서 씻고만 가실 분들에게는 최고의 위치와 가격이예요..방안에 드라이기가 없지만 얘기하면 가져다 주더라구요..

밖에서놀다가밤에잠만잘거면일로오셍

디몰바로옆에있어서 트라이시클 탈 필요가 없어서 좋았어영 보라카이 자체가 작아서 걸어다닐 생각이였는데 막상오니까 걷기시름 그래서 여기가짱임 방은 사진이랑 존똑인데 벽이 조립식이라 살짝당황... 투 싱글베드룸에서 잣는데 창문이 복도에잇어서 또당황 밖에서하루종일놀다가 잠만자면 매우좋은 같은 방입니다요. 그리고 직원들이 넘나리 친절해서 좋앗다. 근데 방에 거울이 없어서 조금 불편햇지만 다른건 매우매우 좋앗슴

Close to the beach and restaurants

Traveled with my family. I like their staff. They help us in calling the van we booked to transport us to the port. They also give us hot water in the morning. Noise from the beach party cannot be heard though hotel is just walking distance from the beach. Overall, our stay in the hotel is quite good. This is a good hotel and an affordable one too.

Very basic but clean.

This is a good, clean hotel for the budget-conscious traveler, who likes to stay close to all the happenings in the island. As it is literally located behind D'mall (along the main road), it's easy to go back to your hotel room and relax before/after swimming, shopping, dinner or partying. It was in a busy spot so expect to hear a lot of motorcycles passing by. Still, we were able to get a good night's sleep. There were some henna stains on our blankets so I had to inform management about it so I wouldn't get charged a fee when I checked out. The room's air conditioner worked so great that I had to ask for a comforter; they did not initially provide one. I paid about $30 for a room per night, and I got way more than I expected. Would definitely stay here again depending on my needs. Side note: this is just a basic room with no fridge, microwave, or free coffee in the room.

Arrival and checkin is so disappointing. The place is so hard to find since it is an annex to the main hotel. Upon check in the staff could not provide us towels to use until i insist to have it. The room is small and walking distance to the beach. The will not clean the room unless you ask them.

Zentrales Hotel direkt an der bekannten D Mall. Allerdings sehr hellhörig und am Abend sehr laut aufgrund der Umgebung ( karaoke Singende Chinesen) Zimmer sehr einfach eingerichtet, kein Kühlschrank.
