"These rooms are above the Urban and Veggie restaurant. While not a traditional hotel, the room was really clean and well appointed, with a very comfortable bed and a stellar view of the harbor. The location is so convenient to the bus system, including the shuttle to the airport. The staff at the restaurant were very kind and helpful, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. And the food at the restaurant was delicious! Try the risotto for dinner and the breakfast oats for brekky. I would happily stay here again and spend more time in this beautiful city."

The one downside is that the hotel was hosting the world cigar championship and the staff were too busy looking after the people attending that event to properly provide a good enough service to other hotel guests. It proved difficult getting any quality of service throughout the bars and restaurants during our stay."
