"The location is in the middle of the old town so it was very convenient location to get to the sights. Highly recommend! Be warned that there’s lots of stairs going in/out of old town. We knew this going in and had only a carry on but if you need help with luggage or have small kids this may be difficult."

"This was a fantastic hotel for many reasons. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the welcome note, fresh fruit and homemade sweets every day. The room was large and the bed comfortable; everything was very clean and modern. The breakfast was huge and delicious, eggs made to order, and delicious coffee. Finally, the location was great: very close to the Pile Gate, but not right on the noisy and crowded entrance area. It is a bit tricky for the cab drivers to find, but we prefer a smaller boutique hotel to a large one for the more personal approach. We highly recommend!"
