"My stay at the hotel was very comfortable, and I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and the services provided. The food at the deli was also very good."

"The rooms were spacious, clean, and recently renovated. The property was well maintained. Every employee I spoke to was friendly. There is plenty of parking, and it is included in the cost. There were tons of employees in golf carts at all hours, creating many traffic hazards on the properties. There was often a massive backup at the gate from 2pm until after 7pm, as they would use the verified guest lane for non-guests who had to be verified, sometimes taking as long as 5 minutes per vehicle. I felt the $30/day “resort fee” was misleading. It did not include most amenities seen on the listing. It included things like WiFi (which was terrible) and the in-room safe (?). The water park prominently featured on the listing was not included or discounted, and costs $25 per day per person. "

"I was actually pleasantly surprised by the property. My room was clean. The air conditioner worked well. The bed was comfortable. It had a little mini fridge and a microwave. The pool is kind of small, but people aren’t really there for the pool. The breakfast just wasn’t for me it’s not the kind of food that I like to eat, but I think if you have a bunch of kids and you just gotta get them out the door it’ll do the trick. My only complaint was I had a first floor room and it was quite noisy even into the midnight hours. And I also don’t think it’s the kind of place. I’d wanna stay in longer than maybe a few nights. It’s just not cushy enough. But I was only over for one night visiting some people who were going to Disney and it did the trick for me."
