Clean sheets. Hot water. AC worked. Bar minimum requirements were met. It wasn’t clean. Baseboards were missing. There were several layers of dust. Peeling paint. The bathtub floor was flaked away in large chunks. The sink faucet wasn’t secured to the counter top and moved around freely while you used it. The floor was laid incorrectly, popping loudly and bowing any time you stepped on it. Lastly, our room had one of those doors that connects you to the room next door. It wasn’t set in the frame correctly and there was a large gap between the door and the frame. We were able to hear the family of five next door screaming, laughing, and rough housing until 2 am as if they were in the room with us. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I guess it’s true you get what you pay for.

This experience was absolutely abysmal from start to finish. The most notable was the cockroaches. The booking was through expedia and the hotel messaged us in the expedia portal to welcome us and let us know we could respond in that chat for any concerns. We did respond in the chat letting them know our check-in time would be super late (the morning after check-in) and that we had paid for that night but would not be arriving until around 11am the next day. They never answered that message and felt the need to tell us at check-in that it was about to be marked as a "no-show" which would have been a fee because they didn't know. We found that rude to even mention as we did our part in contacting them and were not trying to get an early check-in or anything, we PAID for the whole night and got there at 11am. Then we were told the pool was under maintenance and we had specifically chosen a hotel with a pool to relax in on our day between amusement parks. We left our stuff in the room and went to a theme park and came back late at night and found the cockroaches. We complained to the front desk at 11:30pm and moved hotels. They told us we needed to contact expedia for a refund. We contacted expedia and they told us we needed to contact the front desk for a refund. We spoke to another lady on expedia who was extremely helpful and advocated for a few days but ultimately was not able to get a refund. We will be contesting this with our credit card company.

Me dieron primero una habitación que olía bastante mal, parecía que alguien había dormido en la cama y no habían cambiado las sábanas. La ducha estaba atorada todo el agua se emposaba. Y habían cucarachas debajo del refrigerador fue totalmente desagradable. Solicité un cambio de habitación y me dieron otra con cama más pequeña yo había solicitado en la reserva King size pero me quedé tranquila porque por lo menos olía a limpio y la cama estaba bien Sin embargo el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y acá en Orlando hace mucho calor me la pasé sudando toda la noche. De nuevo el agua se estancaba en la ducha y no pasaba y la puerta del microondas estaba malograda. Una experiencia terrible

This is basically a live in motel. Had a roach in my towel. I didn't even stay my full reservation. I asked for the policy on leaving early and the said I'll just get my 50 deposit back but basically forfeit the other days. Cool dont need a roach motel anyway. Too much drama around there also police was there the first night. Recorded the incident with my meta glasses just in case they ran down on the wrong person (me) if you get caught out in Kissimmee and there's nothing else and u need to sleep then yes but otherwise NOPE

I made a seven-day reservation for five people—one adult and four children. The listing stated the room had two queen beds, but when I arrived, the beds were actually full-size. I had to pay extra for a cot so one of the children could sleep. The room was so small we could barely walk around, and the air conditioner was caked with dust; the room wasn't clean. We only stayed one night; I didn't leave sooner because we arrived at 12:30 AM, and it was too late to go to another hotel. That wasn't what I had booked, so I had to make a new reservation at a different hotel.
