"Room is spacious king size bed but two single beds together. Breakfast is very good, internet not so good, had to go out of the room to connect. Good restaurant with good dining options, outside area of the hotel is nice"

"The Breakfast was good and had plenty to choose from. The rooms have different themes and set ups for the same room type along with other room themes. I was over all enjoyable. We got a couples massage on site as well which was very convenient."

"Ficamos na suite principal. Linda, limpa, bem aconchegante. Os funcionários senti uma falta de padronização absurda. Alguns muitos bons, e outros não.. deixavam a desejar. Mas o que mais me indignou foi o estado da piscina natural. Fica mais isolada, na parte de cima do hotel e, embora tenha uma estrutura la (um vasto bar, cadeiras, mesas, quadra de tenis, etc) estava completamente abandonada. Nao havia UM funcionario sequer la em cima. Bar fechado. E trechos da piscina IMUNDOS. A escada pra...

"This property urgently needs a renovation in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very old and have mold in the room and bathroom. The towels are extremely old, like the sheets that barely cover the mattresses, not to mention that if you don't know Rio de Janeiro, this property is very far from the city's tourist attractions, it’s located on the part of the mountains and when it rains it is extremely dangerous. "Lugar bastante agradável! Quarto confortável, limpo e com uma boa roupa de cama. Café da manhã bem completo. Funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Gostaria de deixar como sugestão a colocação de uma máquina daquelas tipo de shopping que vendem bebidas e snacks e uma de café, pois não temos opções para lanches rápidos na pousada."
