It’s pretty location who enjoys the mountains. The castle is beautiful but the rooms needs to upgrade specially the bathrooms.

A different castle experience

The slowest check-in experience- in spite of pre-booked rooms. Clean and spacious room - but do make sure to get a room on the other side of the highway - or bring earplugs. Cool place in all meanings. Beautiful garden area and well maintained garden.

Hiding Gem Hotel in Brazil , Beautiful Historical Hotel with well trained staff. Specially thanks for property manager Roberta who gave us superb hospitality experience, Each suit has own design. We feel alike staying in between amazing nature and historical castle. Also thanks for Juliana being such friendly and super nice. No dia que chegamos não tinha toalhas no quarto e encontramos uma peça íntima de outro hóspede embaixo da cama. Além disso no outro dia fomos na área destinada as crianças e estava cheio de cacos de vidro no chão (provavelmente de um copo que foi quebrado). A recepção foi avisada disso e no outro dia os cacos de vidro ainda estavam lá. Café da manhã bem simples mas gostoso.

O quarto que nos colocaram não condizia com o que reservamos, fomos primeiramente direcionados a uma suíte com uma hidromassagem horrível, com cortina de plástico e chuveiro junto. O que reservamos era com chuveiro separado. Reclamamos e fomos direcionado a uma com chuveiro separado, porém o chuveiro não esquentava e quando esquentava era de queimar a pele e rapidamente esfriava. Quanto a hidro, além de ser pequena, o aquecimento era lento e dificultoso. Queriam além disso nos cobrar uma taxa de serviço pela troca das suítes imperial que tínhamos reservado. Agenamos na recepção o horário da sauna infelizmente a sauna não estava ligada e quando ligaram passou-se a nossa hora e não tinha esquentado. Lamentável!!! Nos alegaram, ainda que tínhamos que ter efetuado a reserva com a central (site) deles "Castelo de itaipava hoteis" para não haver estes tipos de problemas. Para piorar fomos almoçar no restaurante do hotel e tivemos a desagradável experiência do à la carte que pedimos vir com o arroz à piamontese estragado e a batata frita crua por dentro. O garçom Leandro que nos atendeu, foi muito solícito e resolveu com empatia, o que contornou a má impressão.

Banheiro com vazamento de água do box para o banheiro. Janela sem black-out e um refletor ligado a noite inteira virado para a janela do quarto (110). Piscina pequena. Recepção muito simpáticos, porém, bao falam sobre o direito que o hospede tem de usar os outros hotéis da rede que ficam próximos, o de tem mais opções de lazer para crianças. O hotel nao tem uma opção boa pra lazer.

Precisa ter mais rapidez no check-in, cuidado na limpeza da piscina e melhor manutenção da hidro com pouca pressão e não mantendo a água quente por muito tempo. Otimo café da manhã e quartos temáticos cumprindo a ideia de estadia num castelo de verdade.

Serviço de quarto horrível, cheguei no quarto e não tinha toalhas disponíveis, solicitei e somente após 45 min e tendo que ratificar o pedido consegui ser atendido. Café da manhã bem simples e com itens frios e mal feitos. Quarto e banheiro com mofo no teto.
