A different castle experience

The slowest check-in experience- in spite of pre-booked rooms. Clean and spacious room - but do make sure to get a room on the other side of the highway - or bring earplugs. Cool place in all meanings. Beautiful garden area and well maintained garden.

O hotel é muito charmoso! O atendimento pelos funcionários e colaboradores é ótimo! O café da manhã é muito ruim, muito fraco. Feito em um salão com pouca luminosidade e sem ventilação, seja por ar condicionado ou por ventilador, o que torna o ambiente ruim de ficar. Em relação à parte de alimentos e bebidas, falta opção de alimentos e no sábado que estivemos, não tinha frutas, somente uma salada de frutas, cujas frutas estavam nitidamente muito mexidas. Ficamos na Suíte da Torre. Uma suíte muito cara para o que proporciona para o hóspede. O acesso feito por uma escada helicoidal estreita é difícil e perigosa, principalmente quando está carregando malas. A fechadura fica tão alta que uma criança não alcança (o que aconteceu na minha estadia)! O banheiro tem paredes de pedra bruta, o que dificulta a higienização. O odor ruim e a sujeira depositada ao longo dos anos com manutenção difícil e inadequada, principalmente na região do vaso sanitário e no box, é nítido. A primeira impressão é a que fica e esta não foi nada boa!!! Não voltaria para essa suíte e nem indicaria!!!

No dia que chegamos não tinha toalhas no quarto e encontramos uma peça íntima de outro hóspede embaixo da cama. Além disso no outro dia fomos na área destinada as crianças e estava cheio de cacos de vidro no chão (provavelmente de um copo que foi quebrado). A recepção foi avisada disso e no outro dia os cacos de vidro ainda estavam lá. Café da manhã bem simples mas gostoso.

O ar condicionado não funcionava. O banheiro não tinha janela, mas o exaustor) não sei se esse o nome) não dava conta o cheiro ruim ficava no o banheiro. Sem contar que o banheiro era muito pequeno. O bem apertado. Tivemos que pedir toalhas e pano para o chão para o banheiro algumas vezes. No último dia não tivemos a toalha de mão. Pedido mas não levaram. Não fica varia nesse quarto novamente. Pelo porte do hotel, esse quarto deixou muito a desejar.

As fotos não representam a realidade. O castelo está deteriorado e mal conservado. Áreas comuns, como a piscina, são precárias e muito cheias, bem diferente do que é divulgado. Faltou informação em vários pontos: hidromassagem só com reserva (não avisado), restaurante com horário restrito, castelo fechado à noite e check-in demorado com fila. Nada disso foi informado previamente. O café da manhã é fraco, sem frutas, pouca variedade e não corresponde ao anunciado como café continental. O quarto estava limpo e o atendimento foi educado, mas havia forte cheiro de mofo/coisa antiga. No geral, a experiência decepciona pela falta de manutenção, organização e transparência.
