Quarto com aspecto sujo, box do banheiro com bastante lodo e roupa de cama amassada como se eu estivesse deitando na mesma roupa de cama do hóspede anterior, pecaram na limpeza, fiquei em 2 quartos diferentes, um bem barulhento de frente pra rua e o outro ao entrar no quarto percebíamos um cheiro de esgoto, talvez do ralo, pelo valor da diária esperava mais, no mais tudo ok, equipe cordial, café da manhã bom

A limpeza do quarto é impecável e a qualidade da roupa de cama e banho é muito boa. O café da manhã é bem variado e a reposição dos itens é feita até o final do horário. A localização é ótima, muito próxima do parque e de todo o comércio.

efetuei reserva para o quarto maior. No Check in quarta feira 18/2 fui informado que a habitação estava ocupada. Que a Plataforma Hoteis.com não informa o tipo de habitação. Fui direcionado para um quarto. As paredes junto ao ar condicionado cinza de MOFO. Inabitável! Depois de muita discussão, já à noite fui realocado para outra habitação, também com MOFO. Televisão não acessa os canais livres. Só na Globo Play e com a minha Senha! Banheiro sem ducha higiênica . Café da manhã regular (já foi muito bom em outros tempos). Já me hospedei lá umas 5 ou 6 vezes ao longo de 8 anos. Está decadente. Não volto mais lá. Equipe regular. Muita rotatividade.

Localização TOP pra fazer tudo a pé. Cama e banho deliciosos (destaque para o sabonete muito perfumado). É o 2o andar de um predio então não tem jardins nem área externa mas a piscina salva pois a varandinga do quarto não é acolhedora, não tem rede nem cadeiras.

O quarto com varanda precisa de reformas, em especial o banheiro que não possui box fechado no chuveiro. Roupas de cama e banho bem antigas. Boiler do Hotel com problemas para esquentar água de chuveiro. Café da manhã muito simples e com algumas coisas que ninguém comia. Tem estacionamento gratuito e é bem localizado. Staff é educado, mas desatento com a arrumação dos quartos. Não há sequer um café ou chá de cortesia nos quartos.
