"The staff was amazing, we arrived at 1:30 am on Thursday the 24th. The gentleman working at the check-in desk was so nice and very helpful. Our room had issues with the air conditioning, the bathroom mirror light didn’t work, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work and the toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall but the room and bed was nice. "The staff and level of service are really what set this hotel apart from other luxury properties. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The pool experience and all dining were wonderful. Our room was beautiful - the ONLY negative was that the room was described as sleeping 4, however the beds were full-sized, not queens, so it was very tight. But all the other positives outweighed that one minor inconvenience. "

"The room they first put us in smelled like mildew and there was someones sock left behind. Also was a hair in the bathtub. After sleeping that night I informed the staff and they immediately apologised and put us in a much better room. The breakfast was very good and the staff are very friendly."
